• Patient scheduling and appointment management
• Revenue Cycle Management and billing services
• Telehealth and virtual care capabilities
• Patient portal and communication tools
• AI-assisted clinical documentation

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations

4. Healthcare Provider Obligations

Healthcare providers using MedNex agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses and credentials for their jurisdiction
• Comply with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations
• Follow HIPAA requirements for protected health information
• Use the platform only for legitimate healthcare purposes
• Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Access accounts or data without authorization
• Share login credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the platform for non-healthcare commercial purposes
• Collect or harvest user information without consent

6. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without express written permission.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data entered into the platform. MedNex is granted a limited license to use your data solely for providing the Service. Patient health information remains the property of the healthcare organization and is protected under HIPAA regulations.

8. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

9. Limitation of Liability

MedNex provides a platform for healthcare management but does not provide medical advice or treatment. Healthcare providers are solely responsible for clinical decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedNex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
